He’s done it before…United States Senator Arlen Specter – former Democrat, former Republican and, now, Democrat again – seems to forget his past and his present…at a Tuesday night Allegheny County Democratic dinner, Specter twice thanked the “Allegheny County Republicans”…hey, at least he got the County correct…Thanks to the gang from Harrisburg On Line for this tidbit.....
